I bought a Dye DM8 on ebay and while cleaning the marker I found that the shims in the Hyper 3 Regulator where rusted . So the goober that owned it before got water in the Regulator and did not dry it. I call Dye and told them I needed to get replacement, the tech told me they are $10.00 each and that I needed 12. i thought WOW $120.00 and before I could say anything he said I know your out of warrenty but I am going to send them to you free
Yeah, they have GREAT customer support! My bolt broke and they sent me one free of charge.. although I had to call them twice since the first guy shined me on. I have called and talked to them several times, depending on which tech you talk to, they are very helpful.
