Alright, a little while ago I picked up a PMR off of Craigslist and got it working. It shoots great in semi with eyes on but when I turn the eyes off and walk the trigger it spits and sputters and the bolt sticks. Without the air on, I can hear the solenoid clicking (eyes off) I'm guessing around 25-30 times a second.. Any ideas on how to alleviate this issue? (either to make it shoot - e/o or stop the bouncing) Although it would be cool to be one of the faster shooting people out on the field without ramping.

it doesnt sound like bounce because a bounce doesnt happen without air like the solinoid clicking. try reseting the board to stock and then try it again. it could be electronic bounce but i kind of doubt that
I haven't really even messed with this marker yet and It is waaaay more intricate than my G3. I'm gonna do like you guys said and adjust the trigger and reset the board. Thanks!

If non of that works go to critical, theres a dude there w/ glass who can fix an dye gun. He is amazing. He isn't a professional but he is free and if you ask nicly he will be happy to help I bet. He has fixed to of my guns no problem.
I reset everything, the trigger and board... I had no Idea since I didn't have the manual that you can set a trigger sensitivity, Hmm problem solved for the erratic solenoid actuation. While I was trying to fix the rest of the little tweaks it needed I pulled the bolt out and found....What you see below!
(Thanks Pete, for posting up the number to Dye!) I called Dye precision and talked to one of their gun techs and he said he is sending me a new bolt- no charge! Talk about customer relations, you don't hear about that much these days.

Woah! that is messed up... lol glad you found that before something bad happened!
Ya thats one thing i'm starting to hear more often, that good companies are getting stronger with their customers due to their good service and products. And companies that skimp on stuff are just shooting themselves in the foot.
Yeah, but the nice thing about it is I still have an upped PMR that shot good, for $65....Can't beat that with a stick. (even though I'll have to wait for my bolt to get here)

So I got to pulling the marker apart completely, my new bolt has been sitting in the box for a while now. I pulled the solenoid apart all the way down to the diaphragms and slide plunger (valve side). I found out there was only one release pin, and the plunger was sticking. I lubed the plunger and found out the hard way that the plunger doesn't need to be lubed, because after it wouldn't even actuate. I pulled it back apart and cleaned it out, I also made another release pin for the diaphragm. I've got it all back together, and it shoots great, but............yet another problem plagues me... It will only shoot to 1000-700psi then the bolt locks up. I'm ready to throw in the towel, but I'm sooooo close to having a near perfect marker... any suggestions? (All new o-rings, new updated bolt, rebuilt solenoid, re-soldered the micro switch/eyes/battery harness/solenoid harness @ board) Maybe programming?
