Look at what came in the mail today - the new Virtue Crown2 Speed Feed!! It's been a long time since my last review so I desided to post one up.
1st Test: Pod feed
Both are very smooth and easy. The Crown2 has softer fingers which made it slightly easier to feed while the Spine feed has firmer fingers which prevented a few paintballs from entering the hopper.
2nd Test: Upside Down Test (using a full hopper)
Crown2 speed feed set-up: 20-25% decrease in load
Spine Feed: 5% decrease in load
3rd Test: Durability
During install and initial testing of the Crown2, I noticed that the fingers tend to shift from side to side, if the base ring is not thoroughly tightened. I have yet to test the durability through usage in the field.
As for the Spine Feed, I've had it for about a year, and it has not torn and is very durable.
SPECIAL NOTE
The Crown2 uses 10 ultrasoft, individually upgradable fingers. 15 fingers included, and you can customize your set-up!
Soooo far my review is not looking good. I used this speedfeed at the last UWL and had problems with it. Im going to give it another chance on the field.......work in progress I'll keep you guys posted
Sooooo it has been field tested and I give it a rating of (6 out of 10) The set up I like to use is the firm setting but I still like the Spine feed better
