As some of you may know, I'm a ref at combat zone. I used to put 100% Into fixing all their problems, but it's hard to be one of the few refs that care. Now we have a few other refs, one in particular, who have helped out a lot in the past two months.
But it still seems to be a battle in futility.
Any how, My point is; to ask on a ref level, how we need to improve. Things I can teach the other refs to make your experience better.
Any and all help is appreciated, as long as it's constructive.
