I'm skeptical it won't pass. The National Rifle Association(NRA) is fighting against it. There are ignorant people that got it there, most that still have to vote for it now know thanks to lobbying by the NRA that criminals will paint real guns pink and fake guns black. Most bills dont go into affect till OCT 1st anyways there'd still be time to repeal it.Not to mention most shoots that were wrong were in low light scenarios. Not to long ago a man was shot by police in NYC for turning around with keys in his hand.
If you like guns or any shooting sport including paintball I urge you to join the NRA. They fight for your second amendment rights, which is your god given right to own and posses a gun which is solidified by the constitution. There are people all over the country trying to ban all firearms, if they take guns they'll go for paintball guns next. And if we loose our second amendment there will be more rights we will loose very quickly. I know some of you scoff in disbelief, but it can happen if you don't help the cause. I know there are some people who "don't like guns" but that is just ignorance and ignoring the facts that guns reduce crime.
