Im trying to figure out wich lube i should use on my ion. i am building what is hopefully going to be one of the greatest ions out there, and i wanted to know what is the best lube for it.

if you can get it you might want to try some of the oil leaking in the gulf.....j/k i use dow 55 for my markers

Lurker is good, or marmalade, monkey poo... It's all preference. Spoolies need a sticky lube so they don't shoot the lube into the barrel.
