hey i workout everyday for football but on saturdays i also got to a parks and do speed drills and it works im 240 lbs and run a 5.0 sec 40 yard dash and i used to be faster than Wud up Son but he started to go and now he's one of our teams top Cornerbacks. and Sean wanted to get faster for playing snake and he came for only a couple of days and i already saw a big improvment.
