Thanks for the info....buying for my kids and I and 80 minimum is a liitle more than I can handle for first equipment....I found some aluminum (I know, much heavier) new for $40, I think that is what I will be doing.
Well, now that I have no clue at all what is a good price , I will just probably buy the new 62/3000 aluminums for 39.95. At least I know that is a good price (at least from what I can find on the internet)
Thanks for all the info, trying to get up to speed fast, but still trying
ooooooooo a 68/30...... my bad lol ya like 50-70 bucks depending on how the tank it.
If you were you i'd watch out on craigslist for steelie tanks, 48/30. they're heavy like you said but you can get them for cheap.
If you want you can start a new topic in the equipment advice and we can all weigh in on what you want to get. Help you from spending too much or spending on the wrong thing.

Thanks. I got started on Brads last day in business at Westside and he cut me a deal (at least I think) on 3 decent markers and some other stuff, but have had to get the protective gear, hoppers and tanks.
The only thing left I need is one hopper and tanks, but I am pretty deep into this money wise and don't want to get too crazy to get started, you know, in case we don't (my boys and I) don't stay in it long and the carbon fiber tanks are pretty expensive in comparison to the aluminum.
At this point, I am afraid I could only have people tell me if I have ok equipment or not rather than advise me on what to buy on anything but the tanks, but I will start a post with what I have, and see what people think I should get for the last hopper and tanks
