Pros light comfortable, and your hands are covered.
Cons: they are cheaply made they ripped after the 4th time using them and they didnt offer much protection.
I bought these for a tournament and they didnt hold up that well. The ripped after the forth time and it wasnt padded enough i still felt the ground hitting when i dove.....
