First of all it's a planet eclipse gun, which mean it's very dependable and reliable. I have the same gun and it's never broken or gone wrong. Yes it good gun for tournaments and is definetly tournament ready. I can't think of any downsides to the gun. How much are you going to buy it for? They're going for $200-250 right now.

i guess it was made in 2004 last gun system x last gun i think thats what i read or some one told me getting it for 200 is it a good deal cuz it is 6 years old
i would love to have an NMe! it shoots amazing no kick and is amazingly quiet. However there is no warranty no company and no support for this gun i would not recommend it
Ya if your a die hard veteran of the sport and love the gun AND have other guns to actually play with then i'd say great! but you need a good reliable gun that has tech support, and spare parts cause inevitably you'll break it. lol we've all been there.
