YES we will have a LOCAL tourament series from 702Paintball.com
The tourament series and players will be registered thru APPA. Because we are using APPA the tourament series will be fair and the teams and players that are forumed will be nationally recognized as a team and player. by using this system the teams playing in our tournament series will have a serious chance at progressing in the national level of paintball.
-the first tournament series will be a 3 man tournament. -you can have more than 3 people on your roster. -at events you can only have people on your roster playing. -once teams are forumed you will need to register on APPA.com. -as of right now we are planning on having 6 event tournaments. -you will pay a small entry fee for every event, probably $100. -each event will be bracket touraments. -at each teir your team will play best out of 3. -points will be kept during the entire season. -at the championship event 1st, 2nd, and 3rd will recieve cash prizes.
If this tournament series is successful we will make the teams 5 man teams and larger event fees so the final cash prize will be larger.

Not sure yet, we have to make sure that we have enough teams to compete first. LIke i said we'll start with 3 man teams. Then the following season we'll do a 5-man series of D3. It all depends on what the majority of the teams that register to play. I'm hoping to do a spring and fall series. Any input from you guys would be great.
Give us more info.. Is it byop or fpo.. what are the paint prices, where will the tourney be held. And what division do you plan to go with.. D3 and lower, D4 and lower?
Haha i can't tell you all the details as of right now. As much i would like to, we haven't set everything in stone yet. Right now it will probably be D3 and lower.
this first tournament wont be too serious, nothing to costly. We need to just show people that the vegas tournament scene is here and going to stay that way we can grow and promote our sport.
Like we stated we are here to help the entire las vegas paintball community so right now we're looking to make a stop at each field to make this website non-bias. This way everone learns to read the fields and adapt. That way when some teams do advance to the NPPL or PSP or etc... they aren't overwhelmed because it's not their "home field"

lol I find it interesting that around the time that myself and colton join paintball it started to take off. I'm just saying maybe me and colton are the favored by the pagen Paintball gods.
paintball was much bigger in las vegas a few years ago than it is today. i went to the 09' NPPL here and it was garbage. we only had like half the vendors that were at the world cup the week before. sure you might see some increase of people playing that you know but in a census of las vegas paintball is shrinking.
